9. FMS PNP、RTF What does it all mean?

   RTF (Ready to Fly) airplanes come with everything necessary for flight in the box. A transmitter, receiver, battery, charger, and all other required electronics are included and pre-installed from the factory.

   PNP (Plug and Play) airplanes come pre-installed with ESC, motor, and servos. The transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger are NOT included.

   FMS How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

   RC planes will be shipped within 1-3 working day after ordering;

   US Delivery: 3-7 working days

10. FMS My package was damaged during shipping

    We're here to help resolve the issue right away. See return policy details here. Please have a few photos of the damaged product and the damaged box on hand.

    FMS I received the wrong product

    Keep all packing material and original boxes as you will be required to return the incorrect item (FMS will pay the cost of return shipping). We will ship the correct item once the new, unused product is returned.

• PNP - A PNP foam plane includes pre-installed with power system, the plane with the motor, servos, landing gear and other electronic equipment. (Battery, charger, remote control and receiver are not included).
• Please confirm the configuration of the product before purchase, on the unpacked, assembled products are not refundable.
• These products are fragile. Therefore, we default to select the adult signature option when sending the courier. When the product is delivered to your door by the courier, please carefully check whether the package is damaged before signing for it, whether it is you or your authorized representative (please spend 5 minutes of your time to reduce unnecessary trouble).
• Please read the entire manual to familiarize yourself with the product's functions before operating it. And follow the instructions carefully.
• Please fly in a wide area so that the aircraft does not hit something during flight and is easily damaged
• This product is not intended for use by children without direct adult supervision.
• The store sold model aircraft after 3 months from the signing of the sale, the scope of the sale is limited to package damage, product quality issues, (improper operation and other human causes are not in the scope of the sale)
• Due to personal operating errors aircraft missing, personal factors damage, ordering the wrong goods, no compensation.

Equipped with a 40A ESC featuring reverse thrust capability, the propeller can be operated in reverse, providing enhanced control flexibility and versatility.

With just a single finger's effort, you can easily remove the aircraft. Aligned with ergonomic principles, it's lightweight and portable, enabling you to enjoy the pleasure of flying anytime.
